Has Coke recently added something to Diet Coke to make it more addictive?!

Question:

Has Coke recently added something to Diet Coke to make it more addictive?

I have had Diet Cokes before, but recently they seem more addicitve. I get headaches if I don't get a Diet Coke, on schedule.

Answers:
that's not the coke at fault, it's your body

No, they don't add anything into it to make it more addictive. If that were the case, Pepsi wouldn't have overtaken them in the past 2-3 years.

prob. u never know ppl these days!!

you may just be diabetic now.

Either that, or coca-cola went back to putting drugs in its drinks.

Suck on a mentos, have a diet coke and think about it for awhile.

a long long time ago coke used to have coke-cane in it. im serious, but it was taken out years ago... but with with dr.pepper sales up now, who know.

It's the caffeine. I can't function without at least 2 of them each day!

It has caffeine so it may be withdrawal.

They don't need to add anything.

Caffeine is the most addictive substance on earth, so far. More than herion and morphine. Your body HAS to have it, or you get headaches, you feel weak, tired, and you suffer.

My wife gives up Diet Coke for Lent every year. The first month is her body learning to live without caffeine in her diet.

coke used to have crack in it when it was first made. they stopped that a long time ago. so other than that nothing that i know of.

I am addicted to diet Coke. I drink a 2 liter bottle everyday in winter and a 3 liter bottle in summer. I am never without my glass of iced diet Coke. BUT I know it's the caffeine and not the coke itself that has me hooked. I plan on breaking that addiction soon just like I kicked nicotine 7 years ago.

you are addicted to the caffeine in the soda.
I get the same way if I don't get my coffee in the morning.
