Question:

What food is great tasting but good for you??????

Answers:
Fish is really good for you, and depending on how you prepare it- it's delicious! I shared this recipe earlier for Rosemary Salmon:

1 lb. Salmon
2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
pinch of finely ground pepper
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp dried, crushed rosemary

Cut fish into 4 equal-sized portions.
Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic, and rosemary, then brush the mixture onto the fish.
Spray the rack of a broiler pan with olive oil cooking spray and arrange the fish on it. Broil on HI, 4" from the heat for 4-6 minutes per 1/2" of thickness. If the fish is more than 1" thick, gently turn halfway through broiling

Apples sprinkled with a little salt and black pepper tastes really good. I also like wheat toast with some natural peanut butter. YUM!

Baked potatoes, salads, and apples with all natural peanut butter on top. Those are my favorites and they are healthy

watermelon, frozen grapes, pineapple, fruit is sooo good tasting and good for you. Also, frozen yogurt because it is high in calcium, but low in fat.

Chicken faijita salad.... yummy :) just use faijta seasoning on chicken and place it on top of lettuce. serve with salsa and fat free sour cream it is soooooooo good I promise!!!

1 lb Fresh green beans, ends snapped off.
3 Cloves Garlic
1 small white onion
1/2 tbsp fresh sweet Basil
1/4 cup red port
1/2 cup beef broth
salt, pepper to taste
Grated Parmesan cheese

Stir fry the first 3 in the EVOO 2 minutes, add remaining ingredients and simmer 5 minutes.
Top with cheese.
Good luck.

Carmel apples

Fresh fruit and vegetables...especially pineapple, strawberries, tomatoes...ahh I love them all. Peanut butter is also somewhat healthy but tastes like its bad...same thing with pico de gallo and most soups/chilis.
