What is the best way to prepare and serve a shark steak?


Answers:
season it with sea food seasoning, and add some parsley,dill, or any herbs
Garlic powder, season salt, butter (or olive oil), lemon, and grill it on the BBQ about 8 minutes per side.

If your not into grilling bake it in the oven covered @350 for about 20-25 minutes.
