Question:

HeeelllP! i just want 2 eat......?

but im on diet and have been so good up till last night were i have just been stressed so much!

Answers:
Eat today and start again tomorrow. My weightwatchers guide used to tell me yesterday is as over as world war 2. Remember to start again tomorrow. If you make yourself guilty and deprive your self of what you love you'll give up far more quickly. whereas if you treat yourself occasionally you know its because you've done well. keep up the good work

girl just treat your self eat what you want and be happy :)

You can eat baked potatoes, salads, fruit, or apples with peanut butter. When your on a diet make sure EVERYTHING unhealthy is out of your home, that won't stress or tempt you as much(plus stress causes you to gain weight)

a diet is not supposed to be about deprivation.

have a real meal and relax.

feel better!

a good diet i once heard of is to eat as much fruit as you want during the day and have whatever you want as an evening meal.

Your body will thrive on all the vitamins- diets can be pretty complex but i hope this may be of some help :)

Eat something healthy but filling, such as fruit. Also, exercising can reduce stress and make you feel better.

Have heard that if you crave that drinking water supresses it

Have a healthy snack to calm your nerves...try a nice green tea smoothie and a small piece of dark chocolate, or a fruit salad, or a sorbet.

DO! But choose to eat what helps you & not harms you. Positive forward motion. There are many low cal foods, with summer here.Like Watermelon, is a prime one right now.

Eat things with low calories such as fruits and veggies and make small things last so you fill up. Also dont eat/drink sugary things because studys show that you eat more.
