On McDonald's website they have something that will give you all of the nutritional information on every item. They don't have a Carmel McFlurry listen but they have a 12oz M&Ms McFlurry as having 620 calories.
If you are in the UK it has 385 calories. Go to www.mcdonalds.co.uk then click "Eat Smart" then "Nutrition Counter" then "Desserts" and pick Caramel Deluxe McFlurry from the dropdown menu.
If you are on Weight Watchers (and I'm not suggesting you are ;-)) this is 5.5 points.
