Eat. I'd recommed a Scottish hagis.
You'll need the pluck of a sheep (heart lungs and liver), its stomach, a bit of suet, and toasted oats and/or toasted barley.
You'll need to boil the lungs until the impurities have boiled out (leave the windpipe hanging over the edge of the pot). Grind or grate the lungs, heart, and liver together with the oats/barley and fat. Stuff it into the cleaned stomach. Now throw it in a pot with neeps and tatties (that's turnips and potatoes to you) and boil it till its done.
Mmm...hagis. One hagis is big enough to feed 2 very hungry adults and turn the stomach of anyone you tell about it.
