Individual kool aid?
My husband is deployed to Iraq and every week I send him the individual packs of kool aid and ice tea...well you only get 10 packs per bok at 3.00 a box, and he uses 2 packs per bottle of water.. what i was wondering is has anyone ever used regular powder kool ais, ice tea and just measured out enough for a bottle of water if so, how much did you use and can I do the same with powder gatorade. Im sorry if this sounds like a dumb question.

Buy some sweetened reg packets at home and break them down into individual servings to see what they'll taste like if they're good send them on to him with written instructions , of course. Tell your husband I truly appreciate what he is doing for all of us. Stay Safe I just had a thought Write to the company explaining how expensive it is for you. Ask them to "donate" monthly supplies to him so he can enjoy it and share with all the other fine young men. May sound silly but worth a try!
