Brown, then drain off fat
Cube 1 small pkg or 1/2 lg pkg of Velveeta and add to meat mixture. Heat until melted.

i am big on spicy foods. try nachos and cheese with jalapenos... to me, it is good...
My husband and I make a once-a-month "date" to watch a DVD at home. We get Chinese take-out food (wonton soup is an absolute must for me, spring rolls for him) and some not-very-expensive champagne, put on our pajamas, and either watch a movie we've both agreed on, or watch 2 in succession. Last time it was Borat---bleccch, there went my appetite. But silly as it must sound, I swear, little rituals like this is why we're married after 13 years.
These are the things that i have had when watching late night movies:
1.Chips and soda
2.A plate of sandwiches(cut in a angle instead of straight down or in four squares...with one or more people)
3.Kool-Aid instead of soda.
Popcorn, chips, pretzels, licorice, and chocolate covered peanuts!

Hands down, popcorn. The all time fave. Next is nachos, with lots of melted cheese and jalapenos.
