Basically anything low cal you put into a salad, wrap up in a tortilla. You can also buy those low cal fruit flavored cream cheeses and add fruit like strawberries, wrap it up and enjoy.

You can put anything in a wrap. I like to put lettuce, cheese tomato, turkey, and a little light miracle whip on my wraps. Yum!

my favorite is grilled chicken, cheese, and what ever kind of vegies you like. I also like to mix up some of my own sauces and put them over my toppings i added.
