Why won't someone come over here and fix my breakfast?!

Question:

Why won't someone come over here and fix my breakfast?

You know I can't go more than 6 hours withouit eating. PLZZZ fix me some pancakes and eggs benedict

Answers:
PANCAKES

2 eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 3/4 cups milk, *see note
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons melted butter
3 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt

Beat egg with hand beater until fluffy; beat in remaining ingredients just until smooth. Grease a heated griddle.
Pour about 3 tablespoons batter from tip of large spoon or from pitcher onto hot griddle.

Cook pancakes until puffed and dry around edges (tiny bubbles will begin to form).

Turn and cook other sides until golden brown. Flipping once should be enough. The first pancake isn't always the best one.

Note: Buttermilk, yogurt, or sour cream may be substituted for some or all of the milk.

This may cause the batter to be too thick or too thin; adjust accordingly by adding milk to thin or flour to thicken. When you use a sour ingredient, cut the baking powder by 1/2 tablespoon and add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. If you don't have buttermilk, you can add powdered buttermilk to the milk (a good thing to have on the shelf).

Makes about 18 four inch pancakes.

EGGS BENEDICT

8 slices Canadian bacon - saute until heated through
8 poached eggs
4 English muffins (halved, toasted)

HOLLANDAISE SAUCE:

3 egg yolks
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. cold water
3/4 c. butter (1 1/2 sticks)
Salt and pepper (white pepper)

Combine egg yolks, lemon juice, salt, pepper and water in blender. Blend 10 seconds at high. Melt butter. As blender is running, add hot butter in a steady stream until mixture thickens (20 seconds). Serve immediately.
Layer English muffin with bacon, poached egg. Top with Hollandaise Sauce.

VEGETARIAN EGGS BENEDICT: Substitute Canadian Bacon for 1 (10 ounce) package frozen, creamed spinach - cooked according to directions.

Add 1 artichoke heart (unmarinated) for each muffin half.

Layer English muffin with spinach, eggs, artichoke heart. Top with sauce.

NOW that you know how...make your own...

lmao ok ill be right over

ok

its breakfast for you? wow you must be on the other side of the atlantic.

i live in california, it is barely dinner time!

wtf, crack head

want regular ham with that or Canadian bacon?
buttermilk pancakes, blueberry or apple?
coffee or tea or hot cocoa?

I love pancakes, especially with maple syrup. Seriously, that's the ONE AND ONLY way to eat them. Pancakes without maple syrup? Ewch, sounds terrible. Eggs are nice too, and they're good for you.

Well now I would love to cook for you but I think you should learn to cook for yourself. Pancakes are very easy to learn. But pancake mix at the store and follow the directions. You can do it....Now if you want to fly me from Texas to your place give me a call :)

DOn't do the eggs benedict (pig in that yeah?) but my kids make the best pancakes, crispy on the edges, light and fluffy inside. A couple of sunny side up eggs though if you'd like Amy. Gotta teach the kids how to cook dinner meals now! they like learning and they end up being better at it too!

lol youre making me hungry

sure thing...coming right up

On my way my dear my dear.

bye the bye, where ARE you?

Me either..
I'll be right over. :]
Mind if I eat with you? I'm pretty hungry.

Get your own self up and make your own pancakes and eggs Benedict.
