1.breakfast: strawberries
2.lunch: sandwich; cherries (w/ whipped cream)
3.dinner: chicken cutlet, bisquit, potatoes
4.snack: light butter popcorn (microwavable pop)

No it isn't a very good diet. You need to add some kinda of protein for breakfast like a egg or some cheese. You don't say what kinda sandwich it is so that is hard for me to say much about that. You need some veggies in your day, you have some fruits but need several servings of veggies. The popcorn is a great snack. You need to balance your food alittle better but it is a great start.

No. You need small amounts of protein earlier in the day. Have an egg for breakfast or some sliced turkey for lunch. you are eating all carbs (and you will get hungry).

You should probably start off with a well balanced breakfast. Your lunch what kind of sandwich and what are you putting on it. Dinner has a double carb with the biscuit and the potatoes. Light popcorn is better than most but it should really be 98% fat free. Plus what liquids are you in-taking and how often. (However, I eat very bad so your menu is a vast improvement....)
What are you trying to accomplish? Lose weight? You would probably be better off adding some vegetables at some point. Actually, you should do that any way.
