It depends on your tolerance and genetics. If you haven't drunk alcohol before you are more sensitive to the effects. You can build up a high tolerance after time. If you are a woman you generally are less tolerant than a man. If your ancestors purified water by fermenting it (turning it into alcohol) you have a higher tolerance. if you have had something to eat before, you will get less drunk than if you are drinking when you are hungry.
If you haven't drunk before, two drinks in an hour would make you feel the effects.
depends on if you are male or female and how much you weigh. also how much you have drank in the past...the less you have drank, the easier you will get drunk

That really depends on the size of the person, how much they usually drink (someone who drinks a lot develops a tolerance, takes more to achieve same effect), what they're drinking and, often, the situation in which they are drinking. Someone's probably going to act drunker after fewer drinks at a party than alone or just with a few friends.
