If you don't have any ketchup, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, eggs, etc... whatever you make really isn't going to resemble meat loaf.

About the best you can do it make bread crumbs-food processor works best, mix them and lots of seasoning into the meat, put it in the crock pot and cook on low for a few hours. Don't you have any eggs, brown sugar, cheese or anything?

ADDITIONAL
Well, ketchup and eggs--there ya go! Mix the meat, breadcrumbs, ketchup and an egg, add seasonings, at least salt and pepper, mix it all up, form a ball or loaf or whatever will fit in your crock and cook

You can make some bread crumbs and mix them with the ground beef. It will need salt and pepper and perhaps some more spices. Do you have basil?, Worchestershire sauce?, soy sauce?. steak sauce? catsup? You do not need flour. It can be cooked in a crock pot.

I'd suggest just making hamburgers, if that is all you have, and by the way, meatloaf doesnt have flour in it, it's going to be very dry and tasteless. You need eggs, onions, green peppers, ketchup or tomatoes, garlic, oatmeal or bread crumbs at the very least, to make a decent meatloaf, sorry.

edit: ok now that you keep adding stuff that you have, you might be able to make something that resembles a meatloaf. Add one egg per pound of ground beef, toss some ketchup in to make it moist, if you cant make bread crumbs then tear the bread into tiny pieces and mix it in. Add salt and pepper, garlic if you have any, It wont be the best but it will be ok.

edit: obviously somebody doesnt like any of our recipes....thanks for the thumbs down whoever....very mature

First of all, using a crock-pot for meatloaf is definitely NOT the way to go.

In my opinion - and from personal experience, I would suggest that with the items you have metioned it's not that hard.

First
Take 1 egg and beat
add the flour (about 1/2 TBSP)
If you want to use the bread, toast it first and then crumble. (probably 2 pieces).
Then add, salt (I'm sure you must have that)
some garlic (or garlic powder...please tell me that you have any type of garlic ingredient!!!)
and, if you don't have ketchup, worchestshire, or any other type of sauce, then mix together (with a tisch of water).
Form into your loaf pan (or any type of casserole dish) and bake COVERED for 40 minutes at 350, then uncover, and bake an additional 15-20 min.
Some people add brown sugar to the top, some add ketchup, but anything would make a nice, flavorful topping.
ENJOY

Drop the flour. If you have eggs and milk, add 2 eggs to hold the mixture together and a cup of milk to keep it moist. Add soy sauce if you have it, if not salt. If you have basil or cilantro add either one. Ketchup or tomato sauce on top and bake for 1 - 1 1/2 hours.

I've never used flour to make a meatloaf.
the best meatloaf I make is w/ hamburg, 2 eggs beaten, onions, garlic powder, worcestershire sauce, ketchup and stove top stuffing.
my family never liked meatloaf until I started making it this way.
it comes out so moist and delicious.

FIRST TAKE THE MEAT, ADD ,SALT, PEPPER,SOAK BREAD INTO WATER A SMALL PIECE,AND DRAIN IF YOU HAVE AN ONION CHOP HALF MIX AND FORM INTO LOAF. BAKE350 TILL DONE, I DONT ADD KETCHUP, I MAKE A GRAVEY OF TOMATO SAUCE, NAMASTE

Youre set
Mix the beef with a little torn up bread, some ketchup, one or two eggs, salt, pepper and whatever herbs you have on hand. Or a package of dry onion soup would be good if you have one
Pat it together and bake in the oven. I dont know how it will turn out in a crockpot, but Im guessing kind of loose and soft...

1 1/2 lb ground beef
make some bread crumbs from some of your bread about 3/4 cup
1egg
I like to use 1 small jar of mild salsa about 1 cup
then spices 3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dry mustard
a small amount of honey to balance the taste of the salsa tanginess taste your finger for flavor and add what you think is necessary.
this is a good recipe for the microwave.
Take a glass Pyrex pie plate
put another glass in center of Pyrex pie plate preferably a duralex glass
place all the meat loaf mixture evenly in the ring mold that you have created with the pie plate
cover it with wax paper to control the splatter
Microwave on High for 10 min.
remove and coat with ketchup on top and back into microwave for anothewr 10 min.covered with wax paper.
rotate pie plate for even cooking.
