Fla.vor. Ice, popsicles why do they freeze diffrently then water does?!

Question:

Fla.vor. Ice, popsicles why do they freeze diffrently then water does?

Have you ever wondered why the fla.vor.ice popsicles in those little plastic tubes dont turn solid rock when they freeze but remain soft and breakable? How does this happen? is there some kind of specail ingrident added in it or something to make it remain soft and not turn into solid ice like it would if it was water?

Answers:
It's the sugar or sweeteners, add some sugar to some water and freeze it, it will do the same thing as the popsicles

I think its all those nasty chemicles, & sweeteners they add to them.

They have a chemical known as citrite in it. This locks in with water molecules and makes the water freeze at a lower temperature. Basically, it disrupts the water structure so it freezes quicker.

it all has to do with the molecules from the compounds in the liquid

It is because they aren't Just water. There is other stuff in there. Don't ask me what. I think they are vile.
