How about slightly thawed frozen cherries? I find this a delicious treat! Other things I enjoy with cottage cheese: celery sticks, peaches, strawberries, and you already mentioned tomatoes!! Good luck on your quest for deliciousness!!!

Jello.

PEACHES, Strawberry's, any kind of Berry's

Strawberries... that may be good. I dunno, I never really liked cottage cheese, but I really like strawberries.

Pasta sauce.
or
apple sauce
or
pitted cherries
or
melted chocolate
or
jalapenos
or
grape leaves
or
sun flower seeds

You could put dried or your fave fresh fruit. Costco had a sample the other day of cottage cheese and their dried blueberries, pretty good!

Lots of things. Really, anything you want to mix in

COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD

24 oz. cottage cheese
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/4-1/3 (or more) cup sweet onion, chopped
1 large ripe tomatoe, chopped
1 leaf of crispy lettuce, shredded
seasoning salt (such as beau monde)
pepper

Combine all ingredients. In the Summertime, when the tomatoes are very ripe and juicy you may have to drain some of the juice so the salad won't be too runny.

HOT COTTAGE CHEESE DIP

1 large container cottage cheese
1 package cream cheese
3 green onions (sliced)
2 cups grated cheese
1 can jalepenos or fresh habaneros (chopped)

Add chilies to softened cream cheese, then add the rest of the ingredients. Can be eaten with chips, vegetables on toast.
The longer it sits, the hotter it gets.

Enjoy!!

Peaches are a big hit and so are berries of any kind. Also, I like to sprinkle a few sunflower kernels, crushed up Club crackers and a dab of ranch or french dressing and mix it up. Or, you could just add a little dab of ranch or french dressing all by itself.

I like it with fruit flavors of baby food . Have since I was a kid.

Watermelon, apples, peaches (especially canned peaches), and believe it or not, bananas are really really good when you eat them with cottage cheese.

Try peaches. Love the taste. Hope you like it as well
