Have you ever cracked a rotten egg?!

Question:

Have you ever cracked a rotten egg?

Today, i was in my kitchen, trying to cook, when I cracked a rotten egg and it was just so disgusting! the smell was terribles, and ugh... it was just nasty...

Answers:
No, I haven't, because I have been lucky enough not to accidentally crack one. If I think an egg isn't good, I put it in a pan of water, and if it floats, I toss it out... but I'm careful not to break the shell! I understand it's pretty rank.

YES!!! lol it smells sooo nasty! lol
thanks for the points hun! :)

lol dat happens sometimes

yes I have. It was revolting

I've cracked an egg with a dead, unborn chick inside...very, very gross I agree!

no.

Eww..............................

no

I am sure it was. I don't think anything beats the smell of a rotten egg.

Oh yeah, once I cracked on in my cake batter. I was so mad and disgusted at the same time.

omg my friend put two week old rotten eggs into a molotov cocktail.... ooooh man you could smell it for at least 20 yards

yep, it's entertaining for the whole family for about 5 seconds (that's when the smell hits and jokes' over) haha

now you tell me

i have too, its nasty!

Ya, it is stinky eew, i did this in easter

Yea I cracked some when I was making cakes. I was sick and so I couldn't smell anything. I ruined 3 cakes. I didn't smell it until I could smell the burning rotteness or whatever. It was really gross and I had to store buy the cakes because the cakes were for a family reunion.

EWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW
YES.

YES! It's totally gross. It took me a while to get the nerves to cook eggs again!

Yes, only once. It smelled really really bad. Poop in an out house comes close to being the worse smell ever, but, can't compete with the smell of a rotten egg.

No, but I was always taught to crack eggs into a separate container just in case one was rotten. That way you don't spoil the whole batch of whatever you are making :-)

It's almost as bad as cracking one with blood inside. That's gross.

Yes. My grandparents lived on a farm and had lots of chickens. The smell of a rotten egg is definitely "not" a pleasant experience!!

I've done that, but not in the kitchen...a nest outside. It's nauseating.

ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww! i cracked one on time, and it took me 3 months to get where i could use or eat eggs again. worse than skunk

Yes, and the smell was so bad I lost my appetite for breakfast.
