Assuming you mean canned mandarin oranges, the store brand can I have says for a 1/2 cup serving, it's not much with 22 g total carbohydrates; 1 gram dietary fiber;18 g sugar and 1 g protein, 10 mg sodium but 90 calories and no fat. So not much value but they taste good and aren't harmful!

who cares! they are absolutely delicious!!
