Who is interesting in raw foods?!

Question:

Who is interesting in raw foods?

I'm talking raw vegan foods, nobody come on here being like "eeew raw meat that's gross!" lol.

Answers:
I am currently making the slow transistion. I'd love to just jump right in, but since I am breastfeeding, I don't need to have a detox overload that'll put me in bed for x amount of days and then pas those high detox levels to my son. I am currently on 2 cooked meals a day and in about a week or so will switch to 1 cooked meal everyday. Really excited about the outcome!

I don't understand what you are trying to ask, sorry

i think it's a very interesting idea.
i'm vegan
and i've tried going raw foods, but it's difficult.

however i think it is the ultimate way to eat. so healthy and natural. whenever i do it i feel so good.

i'm having issues cutting out brad lol ^_^
love bread.

It's something I want to do regurally eventually..

The few handful of people ive met in person that ate organic raw foods always looked 10-25 years younger then they were.

I love raw veg like carrot and celery sticks with the dip mmmmm

This is a great way to eat as, foods are best for you in their natural state, unaltered as much as possible.

I'm totally interested in it! I am about to go on a raw diet for a few weeks and I'm totally stoked. It makes me feel great and the nice thing about it is that I can pretty much eat ALL day long and I know that everything I take in will be used positively by my bod. (as opposed to cookies....I love those too!)

I wish I could eat like that all the time, but I really do like the Morningstar Farms chick'n nuggets. That is my kryptonite! LOL.

i've been about 80% raw for over two months. it's great.

do lots and lots of reading because there is some conflicting information. read all you can and then form your own opinions based on your own body.

i think it is a wonderful lifestyle and i'm really enjoying it!
