Hi, I'm a baking enthusiast and I'm considering buying a baking oven for my home use.

What are the features of a baking oven I must consider that are suitable for baking pastries and muffins?

I actually prefer the fan forced oven, just remember not to use the same heat that you would normally use because of the drying out mentioned by the person above. But definately for more control, go the fan forced!!!

electric oven is better than fan oven. esp if you are baking pastries and muffins, because fan oven dry up cakes faster.
