How do you eat the food you dont like???!

Question:

How do you eat the food you dont like???

I don't like vegetables but my mom asks me to eat it a lot.

Answers:
Ketchup or salsa works wonders ! Luck on that!

I don't.

Try and find some veg you DO like. There are a lot out there..

Eat them like raw rather than cooked...

Eat more fruit instead...

Pinch your nose shut and don't look directly at the food. You have to trick yourself.

I don't eat it if I don't like it.

I'm grown, I can make my own decisions.

I wish my parents would try to "make" me eat something I don't like..

HA. Would be great.

Simple, if I dont like it, I dont eat it. But there's not much I dont like, celery is really the only thing I cant stand.

Heres a secret to make you like any veggie, go to yor fridge, take a couple of raw eggs, break them into a cup, pick up the cup and drink them down.

After that the veggies wont seem so bad at all.

washing it down with water alsways works

I learned this from my first grade teacher, believe it or not: Eat them first, when you're hungriest! They will taste a lot better than if you try to force them down when you're full. You also get it over with, and can enjoy the foods that you like!

try sweet potato.. if u like that mash it up n mix wotever veges into it. the sweet potato is really nice n mask the flaver n texture of other vegies

Vegetables are absolutely wonderful, as well as nutritious. You must not hate ALL vegetables? What about corn, and potatoes?
Your mom is just concerned about your health, and all mothers do this. I used to hate vegetables, but I have learned to love them, and now I am a vegan, so it's the basis of what I eat!
You can do many things to eat the vegetables! You can make sure you eat them first, that way it's not too horrid!

You can make sure you eat it along with something you do like. Ex. on your dinner plate, if you're eating your favorite meal, make sure you combine it on your fork!

You can pinch your nose, like suggested before, but... that just never turns out too well! Or wash it down with your drink.

Maybe you can compromise with your mom about which vegetables you eat?! Just don't compromise potato chips for your carrots ;) Doesn't work!

You can fo alot of things, and I hope it works out!
Good luck!

Be a good child just eat "SOME" to make your mum happy :) Vegetables are good for our health. When I was young I didn't like it at all but mum trained me to eat vegetables till I reached 8 or 9 year old. Today I love green leaves vegetables, other vegetables and fruits too. The answer is "training". Of course not a lot at one time I understand how you feel when you don't like to eat something you don't like. One step at a time. Day by day building it up.

So what is it that you don't like?

Is it one sort of vegetable?

Or is it they way your mom cooks them?

My favorite is roast vegies with gravy.

Ask your Mom to shred the vegetables and mix it with any boiled grams with lemon juice and chilly flakes or pepper powderand coriander and diced onion(optional).mix thoroughlyand eat . Ido this frequenly

it depends on how old u r . if ur livin on ur own an been away for awhile jus say ur doctor says ur allergic or jus tell her the truth that yove eatin it so much that its not tasteful to u anymore. if that doesnt work i dont know what will!!

i do 1 thing wen my parents a not lookin i put the whole bottle of salt in it then i dont have 2 have it try it dude

try eating them at 4 in the mornning while you wait for a taxi to take you home

i know thats the only time i can eat a kebab!!

ALL kinds of vegetables? perhaps ask your mum to cook them with your favorite sauce, dairy product, meat to disguise the taste...

usually you don't end up liking it until you grow up--tastebuds change over time... true, you know? :D

Well you Mom is right to make you eat veg tables. So maybe ask her to cook them a little different for you.
