Why would you want to drink any monster energy drinks?Look at all of the sugar and carbs in one can. If the can is bigger than 8oz make sure you multiply the number by 2 or 3 for the number of servings in the can. I looked at them and that is why I chose to drink XS energy drinks. XS has no sugar and no carbs. XS also has more B vitamins per 8oz can then most 24oz cans. you can check them out on line.
The best part is XS taste great.

Oh my goodness, those things are so bad for you. I would say use them as least as possible

0, as in, do not use daily. They are very unhealthy for you. You remember that food group at the top of the pyramid that always said eat/ use sparingly? That's where monster energy belongs.
Well, I'm a Monster Energy Addict, So I Drink about 6 with my 3 crates, >: D. Which is very UN-HEALTHY!!!!!!!!!

On the can it says 3. If your not used to them more than that could possibly kill you. If you buy the XXL cans like i did yesterday it says only drink 2 a day .
