Fruits no more veggies?!

Fruits no more veggies?

I am getting sick of eating veggies so i am just sticking to fruits is that still ok? I ate cucumbers for a while but then i got sick of them then broccoli and that is all i really like... i like salads but they cost too much to put together and you cannot just buy salad stuff and have it last 5 days you have to keep buying stuff i like to buy just one time a week and just have all shopping done there.... btw this is for my lunch.

You really need to find a way to get vegetables into your diet. Eating fruits is very good but they can't give you some of the nutrients you can get from veggies. Do you like pizza? Believe it or not, pizza is very healthy, IF you don't eat it all the time. You could also make sandwiches with lettuce, onions, tomatoes etc. You can get vegetables in all sorts of ways, you dont have to just eat them raw and plain.

that makes since...That us smart....stick to the plan..but make sure u get veggies in there every once in a while

fruits have fruit sugars, which if you don't exercise you can get fat. and sugars, even natural, can cause diseases in future.

you need veges for the fiber and minerals/vitamins. don't eat them raw if you don't like it. and disguise with sauces, dairy products, gravy, etc. :D

yes fruit is ok but it has more calories and sugar than veggies do.

Have you tried preparing your veges in a different way? If you grill them, they are yummy. You can also roast them. Toss them with your favorite dressing. You can put them on sandwiches too.
