Are 7-Eleven's food safe?!

I think their food is pretty safe. You can eat something all the time and then one time get sick from it. I would take some pepto bismol and get some rest. Hope you feel better.

Convenience store food (ie: hot dogs, taquitos, etc) are NOT known for good quality food because it's all junk food practically. There's nothing good in it.

Your stomach probably hurts because it's crap food. Just like many people get stomach aches after eating greasy food or food from Denny's or McDonalds.

Their food is just as safe as anywhere else since they are regulated and must follow the same food safe and health guidelines as any other place.

Depends on what you call quality. Most of the food there is loaded with preservatives instead of nutrition but it's not like it's teeming with bacteria. At least it shouldn't be.
