I'm starting a new job as a cocktail waitress,how do i set up a tab?
i just want to know the basics and some good tips, can someone help me out?

you should have a computer to have the tabs on. cuz your gonna have to ring the drinks in to get them from the service bar. carry a little notebook for a while if you don't have a good memory or if you don't know drinks. and keep your money somewhere safe. you don't wanna loose it by pulling it out to make change. have fun! you should make decent money.
