Vegans do not drink milk because that requires the "Abuse" of another living creature. Doesn't matter if the cows gave lemonade, Vegans wouldn't drink it, because the cow is being exploited.
No, vegans are against animal cruelty, so they give up milk and other products made by animals or with animals in protest. Also soy milk is made from the soy plant, so I doubt that a soy cow is possible, even if there is a god.

No it wouldn't be ok. The biological make up of the actual milk doesn't make any difference in the morality behind not abusing animals rights to not be exploited in any form.

If god made soy cows, they would give birth to little soy baby cows, and would produce milk for them, not for humans, just like regular cows. (you see, in nature things make sense that way) It wouldnt be vegan to take away the baby from its mom, kill it, imprison the cow, so that we can steal their milk. Not vegan at all. No matter what animal you're talking about.

And because you probably won't be able to understand that statement, let me bring it down a few notches. No, vegans would not drink their milk and vegetarians would not eat their meat, so long as they had a nervous system and mental awareness.
