Yes, mostly...

Natural peanut butter is fine as it contains good natural fats & protein.
A totally fat-free diet is unhealthy; you need some fats in your diet to absorb nutrients.
You also need Omega-3, which is called an ESSENTIAL fat for a reason. Best & easiest source is ground flax seeds (a great, high-quality protein source) sprinkle on cereal, mix into peanut butter, etc. Flax can actually help you lose weight:
"Flax fat can be slimming. Fats high in essential fatty acids, such as flax, increase the body's metabolic rate, helping to burn the excess, unhealthy fats in the body." Another easy source is Omega-3 fortified soymilk.

Grapes are good, but add some more fruit. Try a new variety at least every week. e.g., kiwis are one of the most nutrient rich fruits out there.

Whole wheat/grain is good, just make sure it doesn't contain high fructose corn syrup.

You actually don't need the yogurt as you'll get plenty of protein from the above & your body cannot actually absorb much of the calcium from dairy foods. Retinol added to low fat dairy is linked to higher risk of hip fractures. Get more calcium w/ the soymilk & in other meals w/ dark leafy vegetables (except spinach).

Even if you don't have time for a full meal, you must get some breaks? Eat some fruit, nuts, etc. during those breaks. Not eating for 8 hours could eventually make you GAIN weight! Your body will go into starvation mode = body holds onto fat instead of burning it, because no food is coming in on a regular, frequent basis.

yes it is!

adding exercise will enable you to lose weight :D

but you got to be self disciplined...

yes it is a healty

its not a good compromise because the peanut butter is one of the fattiest things around, just have a preserve

Breakfast is great, maybe a little less than i would have but you really do need to eat throughout the day, not eating makes your metabolism slow down and this is where you will gain weight if any.

The peanut butter might be your downfall - dont quote me on this one

yes that is a very healthy breakfast. good job on eating breakfast even though you are trying to lose weight because skipping breakfast is really bad for you, it slows down your metabolism.

yes it is healthy , but The Peanut butter it actually it depends on the brand

Yes definitely it is healthy and well-balanced. An ideal breakfast consists of one a good source of protein like milk, egg, or beans, then- a good source of fibre (starby staples) like oatmeal and fruits.

For another 8 hours? Well, your breakfast should stay with you longer since most of the foods you mentioned are low in GI. Keep it up! Just take it easy this morning to keep hunger at bay.

If you have time to sneak in some snack, have a handful of nuts (about 6-7nuts) of Brazil, Almond or Cashew Nuts in your pocket and an Apple, if you wish. They are just below 100calories so don't worry about it. Always include a source of protein in your meals and snacks to avoid hunger and you'll eat less throughout the day.

Why can't you eat at school? I would find it hard to concentrate all day with only breakfast. You should at least have some water for your body's sake if you are not going to eat again until after school. Does not sound good to me, but you might know it works for you. Have a look at some websites about what is considered desirable kilojoule/calorie intakes for weight loss or maintenance for you. It is not just about energy intake - you need to make sure you are getting the range of vitamins and other nutrients you need, which you probably know anyway. It is good to only eat what you need and get some exercise, but I think you need to have a look at whether this food is going to serve you well for the whole day at school (consider blood sugar levels and concentration as well). Good luck.

Yes. should eat lunch though, don't they give you a lunch break?

Yes, dont have butter on the toast and even though yoghurt is non fat check the sugar content, you should have natural yoghurt.

That's healthy, but eat 2 pieces of toast, drink some OJ, and everything else you said...Bring a granola bar to class and a water.

Ezekiel Bread is really good, they even make it with raisins and cinnamon.
