Sausage rolls come in all sorts of sizes from mini party size ones to a huge double sausage roll. In terms of food they aren't exactly a diet food as they are sausage meat wrapped in pastry - still they would be even more high cal if you deep fried them in oil!
I tend to agree with most people which is they would be around 500 cal for your average size roll. Just out of interest I decided to google it for you and it came up with for 100g sausage roll has 350 cals. But if you care to make one yourself then i found a greek sausage roll that has 180 cals. Thats is probably due to the fact it has a range of other ingredients like spinach and feta and it uses phyllo pastry.

yea probally alot, someone told me theres as many calories in a pasty as there is in a cooked sunday dinner

might aswell have the dinner!

yes ,upwards of 500!

400

more than anyone needs love .......

who cares????? the bigger the better!!!!

It depends how large the sausage roll is.......if you are weight- watching a sausage roll is not an ideal thing to eat and not much nutritional value in them anyway. Look for healthier ways of satisfying your appetite.

Maybe about 600 calories,

ask paki mc sporran, he has one 7 1/2 inches long
