I want to make a creme brulee and I want to encorporate cardamom and something else like blackberries or some other fruit to it, I need some recipes.. Anyone have any, I've searched the internet. I have a nice Orange and Cardamom Creme Brulee recipe but nothing to go with it like a sauce. Please? Need help

Firstly I would say to you if YOU want to make a flavored creme brulee, please disregard other people's opinions and do what makes you happy.

No offense, but flavored creme bruless are sooooo over and done with. The last thing this world needs is another flavored creme brulee.

coconut cream is good in a creme brulee. why dont you try an apple and lime compote at the bottom of your brulee with cardamon and coconut cream flavoured brulee . it is modern and light for your next dinner party!
