I'm pretty sure that this is a late 70's Puerto Rican boy band.
I believe that Menudo is a stew made from the lining of the cow's stomach, otherwise known as tripe. I've heard that its tasty and spicy, served with warm tortillas and refried beans.
It's a traditional Mexican stew made with tripe (cow stomach) and is often eaten for breakfast. I've had the tomato based version and it's pretty tasty (chili, lime, onion, etc).

in the philippines, its made from tomato paste or sauce so it has an orange color, and it has garbanzo beans (chick peas), and some meat, carrots, green peas, and the sauce is kinda creamy , so i think it has cornstarch. since everyone who answered before me said its mexican, i guess it is a spanish cuisine since we've been colonized by spain for over 300 yrs..=)
