What are some good snacks?!

Question:

What are some good snacks?

I need snacks that are healthy, easily-packed, and don't need a bunch of fancy ingredients. THANX A BUNCH!

Answers:
Fresh veggies with hummus, I prefer the roasted garlic hummus, maybe a handful of pretzels and/or pita chips with it.
Yum!
Wal-Mart has packets of baby carrots paired with low fat ranch dressing. They're about $1.00 each.
100 calorie bags of microwave popcorn. Lots of fiber and takes awhile to eat.
Laughing Cow Light cheese wedges (approx. 50 calories each) with whole grain crackers.
Peanut butter on an English muffin.
Almonds are great and filling, plus take awhile to eat with all that crunch!
You can take an apple, core it, stuff with a little reduced fat margarine (look for the kind with no trans fat), a little brown sugar, cinnamon, and microwave until soft (3-5 minutes, I'd say). You could pair it with a scoop of vanilla low fat frozen yogurt or reduced fat vanilla ice cream. The Edy's (or Dreyer's) Double Churned Low Fat Vanilla is great!
Enjoy!
