How do I make Fruit Smoothies?!

Question:

How do I make Fruit Smoothies?

I want to watch my figure while drinking a good fruit blend. Anyone have any good ideas for a healthy drink???

Keep in mind that I'm a kind of picky eater

Answers:
Ah, you have to get over the picky eater thing if you want a healthy diet ;) Anyway, here are some suggestions.....it helps to try these with one of those Magic Bullet things, or a similar type smoothie or blender. Super easy to make them that way, and they are already in a convenient container that you can pop a lid on it and take it with you.

So, here are some combinations that work well...

flaxseed mix, tablespoon or two
handful of ice
plain or vanilla yogurt
fresh or frozen fruit, try all one variety or mix them up....especially

strawberries
mango
blueberries
raspberries
banana
peach
pineapple
nectarine
kiwi

Throw the first few ingredients and your choice of fruit(s) and blend them up for a couple of minutes. That's it!
My favorite was always strawberry and raspberry together. I tried PB and honey once, but wasn't crazy about it, even though it makes an awesome sandwich. Good luck!

Any fruit, any flavor yogurt, and some ice in a blender.

Frozen strawberries
frozen pineapple(if using canned,be sure it`s in fruit juice, not syrup)
skim milk
equal
All you have to do is blend these things together according to your taste.Any type of fruit will be good, just be sure to freeze it so you have a thick yummy shake!

I usually make a strawberry banana smoothie. This is how I do it. I put the strawberry and banana in the blender with ice, plain yogurt, and honey as the sweetener...that's all..keep tasting and keep adding the honey as needed.
