What are some good easy tofu recipies???

This will be my first time trying tofu, im curious and i want to know some good recipies.

Here are a couple of simple recipes,

1. Grilled Tofu

Ingredients:
1/2 cup liquid honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
4-5 cloves garlic (chopped)
Mix together to make a marinate.
1 package firm tofu

Directions:
1. Cut tofu into cubes and marinate in sauce overnight if time allows.

2. Grill on BBQ or in oven.
You can also prepare these tofu squares in a non stick fry pan.

2) Tofu Nuggets/Fingers/Cutlets (3-4 small servings)

Ingredients:
1 package firm low fat tofu
1/4 cup flour
1 egg equivalent
1 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 dash or a few grinds of pepper

Directions:
1. Cut tofu into fingers.

2. Spread flour on a small plate or flat dish.

3. Beat egg equivalent in a shallow dish. Mix remaining ingredients.

4. Use a nonstick baking sheet and a wire rack. (A few drops of oil spread with fingers)

5. Set up the tofu, flour, egg, crumbs and rack.

6. Turn each piece of tofu in the flour to cover, then into the egg, then crumbs, and then to the rack.

7. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-20 minutes until crisp. Serve with sauces.

Tofu Lasagna:

8 servings

1 (8 ounce) package lasagna noodles
1/4 cup butter
1/2 lb fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
3 cups spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup wheat germ
1 cup tofu, mashed
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 lb mozzarella cheese, grated
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1. Cook and drain lasagne noodles.
2. Set aside. Melt butter in large skillet. Add mushrooms, garlic salt and pepper.
3. Cook until mushrooms are tender.
4. Stir in sauce and wheat germ.
5. Heat through.
6. Combine tofu and Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
7. Combine mozzarella and parsley in another bowl.
8. In a 9" x 12" pan, layer half of each of the ingredients: noodles, tofu mixture, sauce and mozzarella mixture. Repeat. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
9. Let stand for 15 minutes before cutting.
