How can you tell if egg mayonaise has gone off?
only the supermarket stuff... but i normally eat things a day or two past the sell by date and i am fine, but would it smell or anything if it had gone off??

Yeah - gone off egg is pretty stinky.
If you wake up dead in the morning is always a good test.
if it's off then you can see a small amount of liquid on the top. eruukkk..........

Truthfull smell and colour and a skin on the mayonaise but you would just no.But please am a chef throw them out if your old or having babys or just not well.but for someone young one day past date should be allright.But i would not eat old eggs.X Cindy
