How do you get rid of a potbelly????!

Question:

How do you get rid of a potbelly????

Any excerisces or eat this instead of that factors you can help me with?

Answers:
If you drink beer, stop drinking it. If it's due to pregnancy, just do a lot of normal exercises. You'll lose weight everywhere, including your stomach. I've lost 30 pounds since January, and this included my stomach area. I just eat healthier and I ride my exercise bike 30 minutes a day.

sit up straight

Strengthen your core muscles, the ones around your torso, by swimming or whole body exercise

lose weight by eating less of what ever it is you eat

lower your stress level, stress has been shown to put weight on around your middle more than all over.

Eat less, burn of f the fat.

Do a lot of abdominal exercise (i.e. crunches).

Reduce the amount of fat and sugar you consume, and try to limit the 'bad carbs'. Doing a lot of cardio excersises (i.e. running, jogging, kickboxing) will help tremendously as well. Hope I helped!

Do crunches

NOT ALL THE WAY UP SO YOUR KNEES TOUCH YOUR STOMACH THOUGH. just high enough so that your shoulder blades are of the ground.

50-60 a day

You need to lower your caloric intake, and include abdominal exercises as well as regular other exercises of your choice, basically just stay active. I read that a good way to figure out how many calories to eat is to take the weight you would LIKE to be (if think you have 15 pounds of fat around your midsection, then that would be a good starting poin, to subtract 15 pounds from your current weight) and multiply that by 100. If you want to be 120 pounds, you would aim for eating 1200 calories per day. If you want to be 150, you would eat 1500 calories per day.

Fat around the midsection means that just happens to be where your body stores fat, as opposed to legs or butt or all over. Midsection fat is thought to be more dangerous though, as people predisposed to this type of fat are more likely to have heart problems, among others. Regardless of where it is, t is still fat and your body will use it as fuel if you cut your calories and stay active. Abdominal exercises will help, but without losing the fat around the middle, you won't be able to SEE those muscles! Good luck!
