How long can you store fresh squeezed juice?!


Question:

How long can you store fresh squeezed juice?

i am preparing for a 4 day bar tending event. I would like to pre squeeze several liters of fresh squeezed lime juice... how long will the juice stay fresh. I would refrigerate, of course.


Answers:
you could, but it wouldnt taste any good, try like a day before you will need it
i would only squeeze it one day before this event
id say 1 day max, some fresh juice like orange or lemon/lime will turn bitter if left for too long
