I say get a whole bunch of tootsie rolls. They take a bit to chew, taste sweet, and have few calories. Good luck. I am addict too.

An old fashioned cure for a sweet craving is to eat something sour. Try eating sweet pickle slices (sweet yet sour) when craving candy.

Whatever method you try, be sure to drink lots of water, and try it for 5-7 days before you judge the results.

I'm a huge candy addict, too! I chew sugar-free cinnamon flavored gum...the "hotter" the better. It really helps curb my cravings for sweet stuff. "Dentyne Fire" is yummy!

Tell your co-worker to hide the candy in her office.
