Answers:
garlic bread add tomato sauce and cheese like mozzerella and bake at 350 tilll cheese melts for french bread pizza
or
chilli over white rice with cheddar and sour cream
hot dogs baked beans and fries
chicken fingers with fries or onion rings
pumpkin pancakes or sweet potato find on line will never know and their good for him or blueberry kind
turkey burgers are great and turkey sausage

grilled cheese with tomato soup and gold fish

My kids love when I buy smokey links... wrap in refrigerator crescent rolls and cheese. Bake as directed on rolls. Some like mustard cooked in there. But the kids seem to enjoy to dip in ketchup.

Mac & Cheese

5 C Lrg. Elbow Macaroni
1/2 lb. Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
1/2 lb. Longhorn Cheddar Cheese, grated
1/2 lb. Mexican Ranchero Cheese, crumbled
1 C Milk
1 1/2 C Crumbled Cheeto’s

Prep:
Cook the Mac al dente, not quite done
Combine all the Cheeses
Layer Cheese and Mac, Cheese and Mac
Pour in the Milk
Top with Cheeto’s
Bake 45 min. @ 350

Mac and cheese with extra cheese stirred in; chef's salads that he can select ingredients for; fruit plate with cheeses; his favorite tastes rolled into a flour tortilla, then mircowaved. Also, talk things over with him and see what the two of you can come up with.

EASY ITALIAN MEATLOAF

2 1/2 lbs ground beef or chuck
2 large peppers, red or green, coarsely chopped
1 16 oz can diced tomatoes
1 large sweet onion, chopped
4 slices bacon
1 1/2 cups Italian breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons minced or pressed garlic
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/3 teaspoon oregano
1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley (do not substitute)
1 teaspoon seasoned salt or beef bouillon powder
2 eggs
1/3 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/3 cup ketchup (or more as needed)
onion and garlic powder to taste

Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a large bowl, combine meat, eggs, seasonings and remaining ingredients except ketchup and bacon, adding breadcrumbs to mixture last. If meat is low in fat, add up to 1 tablespoon olive oil. Mix well.

Press meat into a loaf shaped pan, forming a dome shape. Brush top with ketchup and sprinkle with onion and garlic powder, salt and pepper. Cover with bacon slices. Baste occasionally with additional ketchup during cooking, being careful not to allow oven to get cold or additional cooking time will be required. If desired, cover with thinly sliced onions.

Bake uncovered 1 1/2 hours.

Variation: Substitute your favorite barbeque sauce for basting.

KID (AND MOM) FRIENDLY MACARONI
CASSEROLE

1 box macaroni and cheese, prepared as directed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup sweet onion, chopped
1/2 cup milk
2 teaspoons butter
1 lb hamburger (lean or it will be too greasy)
salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cook hamburger with onion and butter. DO NOT DRAIN (unless you used a more fatty beef)! Add cream of mushroom and milk.

Cook over medium/medium-high heat until smooth. Remove beef from heat.

Starting with the prepared macaroni and cheese, layer beef mixture and macaroni. Make 2 layers of each.

Be sure that macaroni is covered well by the beef mixture and its' "juice" or it will dry out when cooking. Cook for about 25 minutes or until bubbly.

EZ CHILE FOR KIDS

Brown 1 pound hamburger and discard grease. Place in colander and rinse with hot water. Saute 1 onion in 1 teaspoon olive oil in large heavy pot. Add 1 can tomato sauce, 1 large (any flavor) can spaghetti in sauce (spaghetti for kids) and 1 can kidney beans. Heat through and serve.

My children love taco night! They also really like Chicken and Veggie Kabobs, Spaghetti and garlic bread, French bread pizza and a salad. However, my children aren't all that picky when I'm the one cooking...lol If dad's cooking it's pancakes and bacon, or hotdogs and mac cheese...lol
