mooing

Medium rare -- anything else is not juicy!

I don't eat red meat

definately medium rare. there is lots of juice still in it and it has a great texture.

I like mine medium well....my husband likes his still mooing

I used to like it well done, now I take it medium.

Medium rare! Juicy and tender!

Medium rare, thank you.

Well done for me...no pink please!

i don't eat steak. steak is nasty.

well i dont like to see the red eww

Usually rare to medium-rare at most. I like to see the blood on the plate. Sometimes I make them "black and blue", which is charred on the grill at high heat so that the outside is burnt and the inside is still raw. Mmmm tasty!

Burn it!

I like it medium to well done. Somewhere inbetween. xD

Medium rare...is there any other way?

very rare!!

Rare!! w/ mushrooms and A-1 Yummy!!!

I'll also take a baked sweet potato with butter and cinnamon, grilled zucchini, and a fresh garden salad with buttermilk ranch dressing. lol

I sure hope it's a porterhouse!!

Charcoaled (not flame grilled) to a point that there is still purple in the dead center of the meat. Nice side of carmelized onions. A 60 ct Idaho baker with a fair dollop of sour cream and chives (that way I can say I ate some greens). And a nice tall pilsner of a seasonal brew.

Definitely Rare! Husband likes his resembling shoe leather - Yuck!

Grill and also Pepper Steak

Only one way sweetheart, rare with plenty of salt. There is no bad steak.

medium
