Answers:
Jello pie. Follow the recipe for speed set jello on the side of the box. Just before it is set add a tub of cool whip. Mix well, pour into a graham cracker crust and refrigerate for about an hour. This is my family's favorite summertime dessert.

grilled corn on the cob
shish kebabs of pineapple grilled
hot dogs grilled

um..You could always try vanilla ice cream, chocolate chip cookies, and m&ms. They make great ice cream sandwiches.

Pigs in a blanket. Roll vienna sausages in a (flattened) biscuit-from-a-tube and bake according to the biscuit directions.

Ants on a log. Fill celery sticks with peanut butter and place a few raisins along it.

Mini shish-kabobs; spear a green grape, a mini marshmallow, and a cube of cheddar cheese on a frilly pick. Adults like these too.

Jell-O jigglers (see the box)

2-layer jell-o. Dissolve the gelatin in the amount of hot water stated on the box, but instead of cold water add that amount of ice and whirl in a blender, then pour into (see-through) custard cups or even wine glasses. Refrigerate; as it hardens it will form a foamy layer on top of a regular jell-o layer. Top with whipped cream to make it even worse for you, heheh

2-layer pudding pie. You will need vanilla instant pudding, chocolate instant pudding, milk, graham cracker pie crust, and peanut butter. Make the vanilla pudding according to the directions on the pkg for pie (less milk) EXCEPT add 1/2 cup peanut butter. Pour into pie shell and refrigerate. Cool your heels about 5-10 minutes (lick the bowl if necessary) then make the chocolate pudding pie mixture and float it over the top of the peanut butter layer. Refrigerate until firm, and of course again the cool whip. Enjoy! :)

Dip fresh (washed & dried, but not capped - you will need the stem for a handle) strawberries into sour cream (yeah, I know, but try this) and then dip them in brown sugar. Try not to gorge.

I'll share the sweet treats my children love. They are ages 13 and 9.

Layer several times their favorite yogurt, granola, and berries. Chill for about 1 hr.

Frozen fruit smoothies with chunks of strawberry. Make your basic smoothy, add chunks of chopped strawberry and freeze in those plastic pop-sickle things or an ice-cube tray with toothpicks for a handle.

Strawberry shortcake is always a winner with my kids. You can find an easy recipe on line.

Any jello with whipped cream, or jello pudding with whipped cream.

Sweet treats don't have to be "not good for you" to taste yummy. Make some basic sugar cookies and let them frost them. Kids love to help!!

go to kraftfood.com. Its a very good site for all that kind of stuff. You can also sign up and get there free, yes I said free, magazine full of recipes.
