Wasted talents.. Have you a wasted Talent (mine is I am a good chef)..?!

Question:

Wasted talents.. Have you a wasted Talent (mine is I am a good chef)..?

I am a really good chef. I can cook just about anything. I have made recipes up and they are in a hidden book to be given to my youngest daughter when I am gone.. (not for a few years yet though)

My fav Chefs are Gordon Ramsey and Gary Rhodes. But alas my chance to prove it was ruined.. sigh.. What are you good at and haven't achieved and is there a chance you could make it happen?

Answers:
I can sing like nobodies business. Unfortunately, I had little support, and procrastinated, way too long. I let certain people who will remain nameless, beat me down, and didn't attempt anything, until well into my thirties. If you want a chance in music with certain exceptions, you start young. You don't wait, until you are thirty-five, but I have become, somewhat of a writer, and am now, a published poet. A broke poet, but nevertheless, published.
