neither's gonna help you with your constipation. prune juice. maybe some V8. get that good fiber.

Orange juice is better overall because of its higher antioxidant content, potassium, and folate. Neither is a good treatment for constipation.

V8

Either juice will help a bit, but you need to use the juices with the pulp to get the most bulk.

definitly orange juice

Neither! White cranberry with peach is the s**t!

Orange Juice...start off with some everyday.

apple juice rocks

Orange Juice...Because it is acidic.. it helps more...Apple Juice causes it if you do not dilute it(half water, half Apple juice.)

Mix 'em together!

i'm not sure either will really work well if that is the case, though i would imagine that if one would, it would be apple juice.

if it's constipation problems you are having, try to up your intake of fiber. the average individual should get between 25-35 grams of fiber per day. though this doesn't always help out with increasing your bowel movements.

grapefruits (a whole one) have 12 grams of fiber. blueberries are high in fiber, i think they have 4 grams per serving.
high fiber cereals are great (like kashi golean crunch) and oatmeal is good for relieving constipation as well.

mmm.... orange juice.....

If you have constipation problems, drink prune juice.
