What is a good late night snack?!


Question:

What is a good late night snack?

That won't hurt to much on a diet? Well I'm not actually on a diet, diet. Just trying to watch what I eat a little and doing exercises. Most of the time I'm not hungry at night but tonight I am. What would be the best thing for me to snack on?

Oh and by the way I'm not really a veggie and fruit eater. I don't have any fruits in the house that I would eat right now anyways. Which kinda sucks.

If you like cereal, I'd recommend this..and for a non-diet diet, try low fat or skim milk...with a low fat cereal, like Life or cheerios.

I know I should be saying and apple or celery, but holy crap, give me a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and a glass of milk, Thats atleast some of the food groups. Yum!

Hello! my best late night snack is a small bowl of Cheerios. I absolutely love them. You can use little sugar. Hey,even Rice Krispies are good. God Bless and Happy Eating.

Saltine crackers with a little natural peanut butter spread on top is my favorite late night snack!

definitely crackers, my told me me its the best thing! beside I'm only 13 wht do i know about dieting . its die only with a T.

I eat cold cereal at night when I want a sweet snack. It always satisfies the craving and is usually low in calories and relatively high in fiber.

Popcorn, Cole Slaw, Carrot Slaw with Raisins, a melange of Olives-Dates-Grapes-Nuts , and anything in this Answer Bloc with a Dry Red Wine .......

Cheese and crackers (Town House Garlic and Herb Toppers and colby/jack cheese are my personal favorites)! Rice Krispies treats! Peanut butter Nature Valley Bars! Celery with peanut butter!

Don't forget the flavored sparkling water...

- quaker granola bars 90 cal
- 100 cal packs
- breyers 100 call ice cream cups

Popcorn sans butter can be a healthy snack. Also try yogurt with some cereal in it. Toast with some low sugar fruit preserves can be a safe way to go. You just want to stay away from fatty foods late at night. Meats, cheeses, even nuts, dairy. Good luck.

I'm doing the same thing. These are the things I eat when I'm wanting something to munch on.

melba toast with melted cheese, or tuna, or salmon...any thing you want to top them with.

Popcorn with a little clubhouse popcorn seasoning on it.

pita bread with pineapple and ham and cheese..put in the oven till cheese is melted. It's about 300 cals.

Egg salad but lets say if I use three eggs...I only keep one yolk and the rest is whites. All your calories come from the yolks.

Popcorn!!! It's tastey and not too fattening!! You can even put a little butter and salt on it and it tastes great!

of course u could have a bowl of cereal, or something small. Maybe a small portion of what you ate for dinner?
