Is coffee fattening ?!

Question:

Is coffee fattening ?

Answers:
Black coffee itself is not fattening at all, and in fact caffeine is an appetite suppresant, so as long as you don't add cream, sugar, flavored syrups, etc. (all of which pack add fat & calories) you won't gain any weight from coffee, and it could actually help you lose.

No coffee itself has no calories the calories come from what the drinker chooses to put in it. That is why some of these "designer"coffee drinks can pack up to 400 calories a cup because of the addition of cream, sugar syrups, whipped cream and liquors, I personally take my coffee with a commercial flavored creamer as they have a tendancy to be so sweet that it doubles as my sugar. Enjoy!!

only if you add a lot of sugar and half & half cream.
