I love sitting outside on a Sunday morning with a tall glass of iced coffee.

1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 (6-oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 c. sugar
12-15 ice cubes
Blend till frothy.

For a non alcholic drink I love Tim Hortons Iced Capacinos(only in Canada). If it's really hot outside they hit the spot.

While I'm a fan of all of the usual drinks... water, lemonade, iced tea with extra lemon etc.. my all time favorite summertime beverage is a nice home-made smoothie.
During the summer I constantly keep fresh fruits on hand for freezing... bananas, strawberries and pineapple are my favorite.
For a delicious "Dani-Smoothie" you'll need 1 slightly ripening banana (nice and yellow but no spots), 4 strawberries, a 1/4 cup of pineapple chunks, 8 oz of apple juice, 2 tbs of honey and 8 oz of ice.
Place the ice and apple juice in the blender. Blend until mixed but ice is still fairly chunky. Then add remaining ingredients (best frozen) and blend until all ingredients have married. Pour it in a cup, add a straw and voila! I make a white Zinfandel that tastes like the real thing without the alcohol. Delicious!

Id say its a tie between:
