Where does your water come from?!

Question:

Where does your water come from?

does anyone here boil their water to drink

Answers:
I live in Florida and have an artesian well. So I can definitively say that my water comes from the Floridan Aquifer. I do however boil water when I camp. Still water is a breeding ground for bacteria. Drinking stagnate water can be worse than eating raw chicken.

my water comes from Detroit
and its safe enough not to have to boil it unless a water main or pump fails

The faucet! and no, theres no need for me to boil my water.

my water comes from a water channel that extracts the the metals that may poison my drinking water, I only boil my water if I am going to drink tea or eat Cup-O-Noodles.

Well water from artisan well. We are very lucky to have such yummy water. I visit the city and the water tastes like someone dipped it out of a pool...yuck

Ours comes from wells. Our house well is 200 ft deep, but the city wells go down thousands of feet. Aside from low level arsenic, ours is good. No boiling necessary.

no
