Can i make "ice cream in a bag" with soy milk?

i know that i have made it before with all of the normal ingredients....
i was just wondering if i could make it with soy milk instead...

Yup! I've done it before.
I used Vitasoy milk and two drops of peppermint extract.
Delicious!
I have done it before and it turned out fine.
