I'm 13, 4'11" and weigh 105 lbs.
I would like to weigh 90 by September.
I'm diabetic.

I don't follow my diet for diabetes too well.
My mom says I'm gaining weight because of puberty, but I think she's telling me that because she doesn't want to admit that I'm getting heavy.

A good diet plan for you would be to get on your diabetic diet and stick to it. Stop eating white food. You know -- white bread, sugar, white flour, potatoes, pasta. Eat lots of veggies. Stop drinking soda and start drinking lots of water. Limit your fat intake but don't eliminate it. Most fat free foods are loaded with sugar so avoid them. And don't forget to exercise.
Your mom is probably right about your weight gain. You are getting hips and boobs now so you will gain a bit. 105 really isn't too big for your height especially if you are not small boned ie. if your wrist is 6 inches around or larger.

fruits and vegetables.. and cut down the amount you eat. like... half of what you eat?? somewherer around that.
