Answers:
you will go to jail ,oh okra i thought you said ophra ,
mind you might be a good idea lol

I love okra I put mine in a double zip lock bag and for about no more then three months they are good with tomatoes too

about a year, unless you get hungry

make sure you clean them and cut them in the style you want to use for cooking. after u thaw them out they are very slimmy and hard to cut. place them in a freezer zip lock squeeze the excess air out and seal. Also date the bag. usable for about 1 year.

Wash, trim to either whole pieces or 1" cuts, blanch in steam or boil in water for about 2 minutes ( inactivates enzymes), cool to the feel, and freeze as cold as possible and as quick as possible. Freezing should be a 0 degrees F (-17degrees C) or colder if available.
Package the frozen okra in poly bags if possible and store at 0 degrees F in a chest freezer preferably. Shelf life will vary from 3 months to 2 years depending how well you blanched, cooled, speed of freezing , packaged, temperature , and variation of temperature in your freezer( defrost cycles, opening the door too much)
