Question:

Has any one heard of a person getting sick on chicken fat or grease and butter?

Every time I make chicken or add butter when I cook eggs in a frypan for my husband he starts to get sick. He burps and can't carry on with meal until he clears his throat or clears his sinuses. He says it triggers something in his throat.

Answers:
Perhaps an allergy to chicken/eggs

no

no its probably him maybe hes not chewing it right

Maybe it is psycho-somatic or he may have asenstive stomach, Grease gives people heartburn because it ttriggers acid production in the stomach to digest it.

From personal experience, I recommend your husband gets a checkup from a physician.
Sounds like the gall bladder, gall stones or a gall stone in the bile duct.
This also happens to people who consume too much fatty products after having the gallbladder removed.
May also be a problem with the esophagus-GERD-reflux, or stomach problems.
Be safe and certain, get a checkup.
He may get pain in the back or sides and nauseated also or become so uncomfortable that he can't sit or stand.

It could be acid reflux. I have it and fats tend to aggravate
the situation.

Yes I have heard of that. Some people have a hard time digesting fats, so get a stomachache or diahrrea if they consume too much fat.
