Chemical analysis of sugar in a fruit can be measured by Magnetic resonance or ultrasonically. Also, the juice can be used in infrared spectroscopy.
These equipment usually come with their own detailed instructions to use, which differs from manufacturer to manufacturer.

Hope this helps.

try to google "fruit nutritional guide"

Sorry to say I do not know if there is a method to find the exact amount in figures. However, if you are to compare few fruits, then you may try this out:

1. Extract the juice of different fruits.
2. Prepare a few test tubes (according to the number of fruit juices extracted earlier)
3. Then, add a small volume of Benedict's solution and heat the test tube with a gentle flame.
4. Keep on heating the mixed solution until there is brick red colored precipitate formed at the bottom of the test tube.
5. The fruit juice that produces the darker and thicker precipitate is the one that contains the highest amount of sugar.

Hope this will help a lot!!!

There is a nutrition calculator on there for any and all foods. It tells the carbs, sugar, fiber, protein, etc of each one as well.

I have been on there for a while and have really started to learn the best foods and such. Good luck! Hope that helps! :)
